The following information is intended as a guide to help ensure you get the maximum enjoyment from your visit to Donegal’s Lapland and it goes as smoothly as possible.
How To Get Here
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure you arrive in plenty time for the show you have booked for.
Directions, journey time, allowing for traffic and any adverse weather conditions are all the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.
Late arrivals may be refused entry without refund and no refunds will be issued to those who decide not to attend due to being late or adverse weather conditions.
We will always try to be accommodating and understanding as we can but we cannot allow later entry to entry to another show as this detracts from the enjoyment of others and we have safety considerations in terms of numbers to take in to account.
You do not need to print your tickets this year. You can display them on your mobile device upon arrival. Alternatively, you can just quote your order number upon arrival and we will verify your booking details.
Show Times & Entry
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the show start time to ensure that you are admitted, seated and ready for the start of the show.
The whole experience including the live show, presentation of gifts and time to explore Santa’s Village lasts approximately 45 – 60 minutes.
This is just an approximate time based on previous years experience and, as you are free to explore Santa’s Village at your leisure, your stay with us can last longer.
All tickets are general admission and seating is provided on a first come first served basis.
Doors open 10 minutes prior to the start of each show.
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to arrive on time, ensure you have the correct directions to the venue and take in to account any travel disruption or adverse weather conditions that may affect your journey time.
Late arrivals may be refused entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any latecomers regardless of circumstance to ensure the enjoyment of all others attending is not spoiled in any way.
After the Show
Once the live show is finished everyone is free to explore Santa’s Village at your leisure.
In Santa’s home at the end of the village, everyone can meet Santa again and the children can have their photographs taken with him.
Please bring your own camera.
Well, there is none. Santa hats and flashing reindeer antlers are optional! Christmas jumpers welcome!
However, please do bear in mind the shows are held in the evening during the winter months so please ensure everyone attending is dressed appropriately for the weather conditions.
