How To Get Here
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure you arrive in plenty time for the show you have booked for.
Directions, journey time, allowing for traffic and any adverse weather conditions are all the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.
Late arrivals may be refused entry without refund and no refunds will be issued to those who decide not to attend due to being late or adverse weather conditions.
We will always try to be accommodating and understanding as we can but we cannot allow late entry to a show as this detracts from the enjoyment of others and we have safety considerations in terms of numbers to take in to account.

Donegal’s Lapland does not provide or arrange accommodation for visitors. Visitors have to arrange their own accommodation and make their own transport arrangements to and from the venue.
Please always book your tickets first as we cannot guarantee tickets will be available for the date of your accommodation.

We are approximately 35 minutes from Derry and just less than an hour from Letterkenny.
Child Tickets (aged 2 & over) are €22.00 each.
Adult Tickets are €22.00 each.
Infant Ticket (aged 0 – 23 months) are only €6.00 each.
All tickets subject to a €1.50 booking fee (non-refundable).

If you lose the email with your tickets we can manually check you in on arrival.
Just provide us with your order number and booking details when you arrive and we will find your ticket booking.
Should you prefer to have your tickets before your arrival just contact us and we can resend them to you.

Yes, we are lucky we have a number of quality hotels and other places to stay within a short distance. Click here to view a list of places to stay. Please note that hotel packages DO NOT include tickets for the show. You still have to purchase tickets for the show separately via this website.
Tickets are sold on a no refunds or exchanges basis as accepted at the time of booking.
However, we always like to help where we can.
Contact us with your order number, reason for refund and we will consider each request on its own merits.
Any refunds granted are at the sole discretion of Donegal’s Lapland management and all decisions are final.
Exchanges are permitted but are strictly subject to availability.
If you have booked the wrong date or need to change the date or time, proceed to book tickets for the correct date/time from the shows still with availability.
Contact us then with the booking numbers for both your bookings and we will then refund the wrong booking for you less the non-refundable booking fee per ticket.
Your visit is likely to last around 45 minutes.
The live show with Santa coming down the chimney takes place first.
After the live show, everyone is taken to Santa’s Village where the children can visit Santa’s Toy Factory to choose a special Christmas present.
You are free then to explore all that Santa’s Village has to offer, enjoy some of the special festive activities and capture some special memories with plenty festive photo opportunities with Santa and friends.
Late admissions are not allowed.
If something outside of your control arises to make you late please contact us immediately.
We will advise what options are available.
There is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate you on another show if you arrive late.
Please always ensure you arrive nice and early and plan your journey ahead.
Absolutely!
It would not be a visit to see Santa without the chance to get a treasured family photo with Santa.
When you are exploring Santa’s Village there is an opportunity for you all to get a group photo with Santa.
Our elfs will be on hand to help take a photo with your phone so you don’t miss out!
There is no additional cost for this and no professional photographer on-site charging extra.
Any smartphone can do just as a good a job for free these days!
On average, based on previous years, the whole experience lasts around 45 to 50 minutes.
The live show itself can last around 15 to 20 minutes.
After the live show you are then free to explore all that Santa’s Village has to offer.
Your children will then be able to choose their own special Christmas present from Santa’s Toy Factory.
You will also all be able to get your photo taken with Santa after the live show.

We do not operate a waiting list for tickets.
Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.
Once a show is sold out, no more tickets are available.
If additional tickets become available they will be released at our discretion on the same terms on a show by show basis.
