Every person attending Donegal’s Lapland requires a ticket to gain entry to the show.
Each ticket has eligibility requirements so please read the following carefully to ensure you select the right ticket type for each person attending.

TICKETS ARE SOLD ON A STRICT NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES BASIS.
Child Ticket (aged 2 & over) = €15.50
Child Ticket (0 – 23 months) = €5.00
Adult Ticket = €15.50
All tickets subject to a €1.50 booking fee per ticket (not included in the above prices). The booking fee per ticket is not refundable.
CHILD TICKET (aged 2 & over) – A Child Ticket is for any child or person aged 2 or over on the date of the show who wishes to meet Santa and receive a small gift from him.
ADULT TICKET (General Admission) – An Adult Ticket is for anyone, regardless of age, who wishes to attend the show but DOES NOT wish to meet Santa to receive a small gift from him.
CHILD TICKET (0 – 2 months) – This Child Ticket is for infants under the age of 2 on the date of the show who you would like to meet Santa and receive a small gift from him. Proof of age may be requested upon entry.

TICKET TERMS OF SALE
Full ticket terms of sale are stated below and you must read, understand and accept these in order to complete your purchase.
A summary of the key points are as follows;
Tickets are sold on a strict no refunds or exchanges basis.
Tickets are not subject to any right to cancel options and all sales are final as per current consumer law.
By purchasing tickets for Donegal’s Lapland (run by Doagh Famine Village) through this website you are agreeing to the following Terms of Sale.
Tickets can only be purchased through this website, www.donegalslapland.ie. If you purchased tickets or received tickets from another source we are unable to assist you in any way. Please revert to the source of your tickets as these terms of sale do not apply to tickets purchased or received from any other source other than www.donegalslapland.ie
1.0 Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase.
1.1 Under extenuating circumstances we may agree to and authorise a Resale Process. This option is purely at the discretion of Donegal’s Lapland management and must be authorised in advance in writing by Donegal’s Lapland prior to any action being taken. If we do authorise and agree to a Resale process the following terms apply. We reserve the right to refuse this option under any circumstances.
1.2 If we agree to put your tickets up for resale and, if we are able to resell your tickets we will refund you the value of your tickets only (the booking fee per ticket is non-refundable) less a €10 administration fee. You will be refunded less the non-refundable booking fee per ticket and less the €10 administration fee. Only tickets that are resold will be refunded less these charges. Any unsold tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
1.3 If under extenuating circumstances a refund is agreed, only the ticket price is refunded. The booking fee per ticket is non-refundable.
1.4 Any refunds agreed in full or partial as per 1.3 shall be made within 28 days of agreement to refund or sooner, solely at our discretion. Refunds can take up to 15 working days up from the date the refund is processed.
2.0 It is the responsibility of the person purchasing the tickets to ensure that all the information they provide is accurate and correct.
2.1 We are not responsible for any errors or omission made during booking.
3.0 If you notice any errors with the information you entered during booking after purchase please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will try to help where possible providing circumstances allow. Depending on the nature of the problem and the work required to resolve your situation an administration fee of €5 may be applicable.
4.0 In the event of the show being cancelled we will refund the cost of all tickets purchased less the non-refundable booking fee per ticket. If a show is cancelled all refunds will be made within 15 – 20 days of the cancellation notofication.
5.0 Please note that the right to cancel or “cooling off period” provided by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of event tickets. All sales are final.
6.0 Your tickets are emailed to you shortly after successfully making full payment.
6.1 If you loose your tickets or delete the confirmation email containing your tickets please contact us immediately to make alternative arrangements. Tickets can be resent but only to the email used when the tickets were booked.
6.2 If you are not able to print off your tickets you can show your tickets on your mobile device instead. Alternatively, please contact us, quoting your booking ID, and we will make alternative arrangements.
7.0 Customer support is provided principally by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are contacting us about a booking please quote your Order Number so that we can expedite your enquiry.
7.1 We can only deal with the individual who placed the actual booking. All communications regarding bookings must be made by the individual who placed the booking and we will only correspond with that person using the email address and contact number provided when booking.
8.0 Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.
8.1 If we discover an error in the price of any ticket you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable) or cancelling your order.
8.2 If we are unable to contact you in this regard, you agree that we may treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel after you have already paid the incorrect price, you will receive a full refund from us.
9.0 You may not resell your tickets. Adult tickets are transferable and can be used by any individual but must not be resold.
9.1 If you choose to dispute the purchase transaction after you have purchased tickets online we reserve the right to refuse admission upon arrival unless the total value of that transaction is paid in full prior to gaining entry to the show. Allegations of disputes and promises to resolve the issue will not be accepted and entry to the show will still be refused unless full payment is received in advance of attending the show. We reserve the right to refuse entry on this basis and our decision is final.
10.0 It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event.
10.1 If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will make all reasonable attempts to notify you of the cancellation. We will use the contact information provided at the time of booking but cannot be held responsible for any errors in this information.
10.2 While we will make every effort to contact you in the event of a show being cancelled or rescheduled we cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
10.3 Please note that advertised start times of events are subject to change.
11.0 Personal arrangements including travel or accommodation relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.
11.1 We will not be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure.
11.2 Car parking is provided. All vehicles are parked at the owners risk and we are not responsible or liable for any damage, loss or expenses incurred as a result.
12.0 We will make every effort to accommodate you if you arrive late to the event however admission cannot always be guaranteed and you may be refused entry without refund.
12.1 We reserve the right to refuse admission and are not liable for any expenses incurred as a result nor will tickets be refunded.
13.0 Tickets are priced in Euros and all transactions are conducted in Euro. Our Payment Processor (Stripe) will convert the total in Euros to your base currency if different.
13.1 We have no control over the exchanges rates offered and are not liable for any cost or expense incurred directly or indirectly through online currency transactions by your bank for these currency transactions.
13.2 Ant refunds granted will be made at whatever exchange rates are available at the time of the refund not that of the original transaction which may vary either up or down but is a rate outside of our control.
14.0 We reserve the right without notice to add extra shows as and when necessary or, depending on circumstances, modify the capacity of any particular event.
15.0 All visitors will be required to comply with any restrictions in place due to the COVID pandemic. Any visitor who fails to comply with any restrictions in place will be refused entry or removed from the event without the right to a refund.
15.1 Should you be exempt from any particular restriction like the wearing of a mask, then you must provide proof upon arrival.
