The following information is intended as a guide to help ensure you get the maximum enjoyment from your visit to Donegal’s Lapland and it goes as smoothly as possible.
How to Get Here
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure you arrive in plenty time for the show you have booked for.
Directions, journey time, allowing for traffic and any adverse weather conditions are all the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.
Late arrivals may be refused entry without refund and no refunds will be issued to those who decide not to attend due to being late or adverse weather conditions.
We will always try to be accommodating and understanding as we can but we cannot allow later entry to entry to another show as this detracts from the enjoyment of others and we have safety considerations in terms of numbers to take in to account.
Where to Stay
We do not provide or arrange accommodation for visitors. Visitors have to arrange their own accommodation if they choose so and make their own transport arrangements to and from the venue.
Please always book your tickets first as we cannot guarantee tickets will be available for the date of your accommodation.
